Return & Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at returns@royalfishindustries.com within 14 days of the date of shipment and we will be happy to find a solution. We will refund or replace the full cost of the item(s), minus any shipping costs (if you received a discount, then the amount we will refund is the discounted price) if you provide notice to us as described above. We are not liable for items that you return to us that are damaged or lost in transit, so we advise you to return your item(s) using a tracked delivery method. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

We cannot provide a refund for a request that is received by us more than 14 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. Finally, we do not provide a refund for returned product requests that are abusive or unfairly taking advantage of our policy, including but not limited to, repeat refund requests on the same item(s) or repeat refund requests without return of the applicable item(s).

 

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (them). It must also be in the original packaging and contain all corresponding pieces or accessories and be a regularly priced item/product.  

Items/Products not eligible for a return or refund: 

  • Sale or clearance items/products 

  • Used, worn or damaged items/products 

  • Original shipping and/or return shipping charges 

  • ​Gift Cards

 

RETURN SHIPPING

 

​You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a return shipping label has been provided by us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return/exchanged product to reach you or us, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (less any shipping and return shipping costs/fees related to the original purchase and/or the return, which are non-refundable), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within five (5) business days. 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We do not control when a specific credit card or payment method company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your payment method company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@royalfishindustries.com and we will find a solution and determine eligibility.

 

GIFTS

If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and the return is eligible for a refund the gift giver will be notified, refunded and will receive a credit for the value of your return to the original form of payment. No gift cards, gift certificates or store credit will be issued. The recipient of the gift is not eligible for any type of refund.  

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the same as above will apply.  

Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends & holidays. 

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder/filter.  

Please be sure you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount, less the shipping costs and ask you to resubmit the order with the correct address.  

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Shipping - starting at $4.75 depending on location and/or quantities of items ordered. (48 contiguous states)

Standard Shipping (AK & HI) - varies and will be calculated at checkout.

USPS Priority Mail & Parcel Select®: 4-8 business days

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We only ship to customers in the United States, international shipping is not available at this time.
